Days old = the number of whole calendar days between your birth date and today. A 30-year-old is roughly 10 950 days old; a 40-year-old about 14 610 days. Enter your birth year, month and day to get the exact count, along with your age in weeks, hours and minutes.

How this is calculated
The calculator subtracts your birth date from today's date using calendar arithmetic that handles month lengths and leap years correctly. The result is measured in whole days — partial days are not counted because the time of birth is not known.
Weeks are derived by dividing the day count by 7 (integer division), hours by multiplying days by 24, and minutes by multiplying hours by 60. These figures assume exactly 24-hour days, ignoring daylight-saving transitions, which introduce a negligible error over the span of a lifetime.
